Looks good, nice interior, spacious and solid price. Also consider the Seat version, the Tarraco. Good cars all in all. Comfortable, quiet and semi decent on fuel. Both petrol and diesels are good although if you do a lot of mileage I would go for a diesel. Can get 4x4 versions in the more powerful engine variants.
We rate the outgoing version Skoda Kodiaq as one of the best all-rounders on sale, and our early drive of the next-generation car in prototype form suggests it will be just as good. We suspect the 1.5-litre petrol will still be our engine of choice, delivering a good balance of performance and cost (in both purchasing and running).
